Today we had a fun lesson in baking ingredients and their functions....which we discussed while making salt dough play dough! Recipe Equal parts salt and flour Add water until mixes to play dough I made jocelyn figure the amounts of each out while we discussed their functions! Way too much water happened of course, but it was fun! Then we added crystallized sprinkles for color (which also changes the characteristics of the dough!)
